RENDEZVOUS

Eluding love was a piece of cake
till i met you by His grace...
Wasn't any special event or great time.
. just a sultry day made rosy by your presence.

The class was boring for the rest,
for me the world was at one desk,
I tried to shake away my thoughts and concentrate..
yet i found myself writing your name all over the place.

Saying "hi" was a reflex
expecting a reply was my fallacy,
yet that smile that lasted for a few seconds,
still keeps me awake at night.

All this time i hadnt noticed,
how softly your curls brushed your cheeks,
disturbing those gentle eyes,
that graced your already mesmerising face...
Then, I saw you stand and leave, and the world around me collapsed, I parted my lips to speak out your name, and found myself lost for words again..........

WISH YOU KNEW....

Knowing that i can't have you,
is worse than knowing that i had you,
losing you i shall forever regret...coz your love meant the world to me..
Wish u knew how it makes me cold,
to see you arnd but not with me anymore,I settle
thinking that i'll find A SOULMATE..but some part of me tell it ws just you...
Fighting the immanent force of love,
killing all sweet memories of you.I reconcile with my loneliness,
Pondering if i ever deserved you....
Its tough finding a way back into love..
its tougher knowing that im falling for you...
wish someday we'd meet just to hear you say..
dat u love me too.......

INDIA’S BATTLE WITH FINANCIAL CRISIS

With the startling predictions of Moody and S&P regarding India’s plummeting growth rate, there is one question that haunts every Indian, “Has the sun of India’s economic growth actually set?”

Reports suggest that India has recuperated the least after Global Recession and Euro-Zone Crisis. While we are staring at an empty Indian treasury, our ruling party is busy “buying” votes by victimizing our people. Lack of liberalization policies, black money and heavy debts have brought about stagnation if not a fall in our GDP. The issue needs to be sorted out by those geniuses whose policies form the backbone of our economy.FDI in retail and aviation sectors too will help in curbing the crisis.
Its time our Govt. officials pulled up their socks and invest their ideas on the general welfare rather than selfish interests, else it will not be long before the Indian economic debacle sets in.

Middle of Nowhere

Never been so clueless about my own musings,
never so trapped in the mazes of my mind
,every silent reverie is a flashback of the past..
A past i wish i could get rid off in quick time.......

Tempted by pals to share emotions,
hearing each one reveal his deepest secrets,
yet the concoctions of my memory restrain me,
from unveiling the face of my subtle thoughts.......

Wish i could find a haven,
for these pointless aimless useless preoccupations,
but dissapointment is all i get in return,
and these strange thoughts tamper wid my brain...

This rotten brain glows with darkness,

destroying and creating itself over and over again,
thoughts scavenge on all that is left of it,
in their own silent somnolent way

This pen of mine is questioning what i write,
even i'm oblivious to my own words.....
I dont expect any to understand my lines..
So it is better that right here i stop.........

PARAMOUR

The iron bench sits empty, remindng me of the moments we shared .
Moments dat whr once my life...but now are an encumbrance to bear.......

The chilling zephyr is a call,
that awakens me from my deep slumber
lightens my grievous mood nd brings back memories of dat romantic november...
The callous fog makes me cold and d cruel mists gv me a cold kiss
,,,can't blame d weather....coz its ur comforting warmth dat i miss

The dewdrops prick and try to quench
my unsatiate thirst for u
for that soothing touch and embrace u gave,
when our endearment at first grew.

Picking fragments of a long ended tryst and amicable thoughts few, gloomily i return to my new lyf
wishing dat i met dat girl i once knew..........
